What will you do?

Don’t think you’ll just be doing simple tasks in your year with us. On the contrary, you’ll work on real software and have responsibility for your own tasks. Whether it’s preparing a demo for our Sales Team or delivering a solution for our customers, you’ll:

  •  Practically apply your previous learning and develop your software skills
  • Learn and practise Agile methodologies and how to apply them in a commercial software business
  • Produce software design specifications and write documentation
  • Identify and correct software defects
  • Work within a team to meet delivery standards and deadlines

What experience/skills do you need? You will:

  • Be a current student at undergraduate or postgraduate level, ideally with an interest in IoT
  • Have experience in one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Python, Java
  • Be a terrier when it comes to solving problems
  • Have excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
  • Be eager to learn and willing to take ownership of your work
  • Ideally have some experience of Agile and Docker
